Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via various communication channels and provide prompt, courteous and accurate responses
Handle customer inquiries, complaints as well as issues in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, policies as well as procedures to effectively address customer questions and provide accurate information
Accurately record customer interactions including details of inquiries, complaints or comments and update customer accounts as necessary
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support as well as logistics to ensure smooth order processing, timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy and proactively offer appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department for further assistance
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, exhibiting patience, adaptability as well as resilience in handling challenging customer situations
Follow company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence, including adherence to established response times, quality standards as well as confidentiality protocols
Maintain database of customers to initiate cross selling activities
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Respond appropriately to all the customer telephone queries
Make telephone calls to customers to inform them about special promotions or offers
Maintain records of customer interactions as well as transactions
Coordinate with distribution and ware house team for getting the product repaired or replaced in the least possible time
Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, after sales service among others
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
The suitable candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs and maintain a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with customer service software, CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite
