Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Implement the company\'s customer care plan
Serve the company\'s customers in the best way possible and attract new customers
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications
Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries
Give feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a Degree with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent problem solving skills
Must be able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Must be comfortable using computers
