Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Implement the company\'s customer care plan
  • Serve the company\'s customers in the best way possible and attract new customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications
  • Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries
  • Give feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The ideal candidate must have a Degree with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Must be comfortable using computers
