UNOO is a retail and eCommerce company that deals with hundreds of queries online and in-store on a regular basis. The customer service job is crucial to the growth of every business, that is why we need team players who can execute professionalism and represent the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand and its integrity in every possible way We are looking for a friendly, approachable and passionate customer service / brand representative who is flexible and reliable. Primary Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist online customers on a timely manner
  • Call, follow up and upsell using the data base
  • Assist walk in customers in a respectful and friendly manner
  • Coordinates with the sales team, logistics and management on a day to day operation
  • Responsible for the sales operations and follow-up with planning on pending orders / urgent requests or items delivery and updates the logistics team accordingly.
  • Coordinate with courier partners on the delivery status
  • Make sales invoices and basic data entry
  • Data entry
Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree Holder with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the related field
  • Well oriented in Customer Service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
