Jungle is a peer-to-peer NFT marketplace for digital goods that range from conventional art to other collectibles; Jungle stands apart in our aim to be accessible to every type of buyer, from crypto novice to seasoned collector. As a member of our customer support team, you will work closely with our Customer Support Director in the establishment and development of the department. What you will do:
Own customer inquiries and ensure they receive rapid and effective resolution via all channels in operation (primarily live chat, not excluding email, phone, messaging, social channels).
Navigate feedback and observations to internal departments/stakeholders.
Report and escalate product degradation/issues
Create and maintain help center articles & internal documentation.
Create and maintain canned responses.
Contribute to process creation and optimization.
Work on shift rotation, including night shifts. (The standard shift is 17h-2am)
Review content submissions
Any other tasks deemed capable for scope of role
What you\'ll need to be successful
2-3 years technical (software) support experience is necessary.
Live chat support experience necessary
Shift work experience
Complete fluency of English (verbal & written) to a business level is critical.
Highly organized with laser focus and multitasking ability.
Previous experience with writing help center articles and internal documentation.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high demanding response times.
Overall team player and contributor
Nice to have:
Exposure to Web3 (NFT\'s, Crypto, Blockchain) is extremely desirable. As well as FinTech
Intercom experience is highly desirable
Asana experience is highly desirable
Any other languages is a plus
Prev. Experience with coaching, QA, content creation
