The Role
Position Title: Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Fulltime Salary: up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualification plus transportation, OT Pay, and incentives Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the Industry trusted leaders as a center for delivering training in driving all types of vehicles within UAE with proven record of quality results from qualified instructors.
Requirements
: ? Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services ? Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints. ? Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc. ? Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer. ? Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person. Qualifications: ? Female, 39 years old and below ? Should have at least 1 BPO experience ? Should have experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
