About Our Client
Our client is a reputable multinational insurance company looking to hire experienced Customer Service Representatives.

  • Receiving calls (Inbound) to address customer needs, complaints, or other issues related to the service/product.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, providing possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and suggest improvements to team leaders.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
Skills
  • Preferable Experience in the insurance field
  • Call center or customer service experience is a MUST
  • Strong command of English ( Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in desktop applications
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Contract Duration: 12 months
