Customer Service Representative Posted 5 days ago Ref: MP450-2162 Job description / Role Employment: Full Time CSR with 5 years Middle East experience in MNC, SAP and basic logistics knowledge.On behalf of our reputable MNC client, we are recruiting a Customer Service Representative.Purpose of the role is to offer best possible customer satisfaction for business success, such as manage customer requests, maintain good relationship with customers and order management. .You will handle pre-sales, sales, after sales, customer support and administrative tasks. (full scope below).Customer Service Representative is part of the sales team working together with the Sales Manager. .Other interfaces are Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Credit, Technical and Commercial Marketing. Tasks and Responsibilities.Pre-Sales.Customer master data maintenance.Price Maintenance.Sample order handling Sales.Order acceptance and entry.Order change management.Order delivery tracking and exception management After Sales.Complaint handling.Organise returns.Credit/debit note and rebate handling.Dunning/invoice collection handling E-Business.Evaluation e-business potential.Maintenance of SAP tables .Product catalog maintenance.Master data maintenance for E-Invoicing.Customer support for implementation at the customer.Exception management Customer Support.Manage customer requests.Maintain good relationship with customers.monitoring order patterns.Sales Manager/Key Account Manager.Mailing of product information Miscellaneous.Back-up CSR colleagues.Other administrative activities e.g. filing, archiving.Communication interfaces Regional Tasks.Export regulations, document handling.monitoring general delivery agreements.Monitoring credit limits and receivables management.Customer consignment inventory and planning, with sales managers.Consignment stock management Requirements Experience, competencies and preferred knowledge:.5 years as a CSR in a MNC in the Middle East.Knowledge of logistical processes, Incoterms.Basic commercial knowledge.Experience working as part of an extremely pressurized sales team..Very strong customer service skills, English language and communication skills.Excellent communication skills.Teamwork.Ability to deal with conflicts.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining 100% accuracy.Good computer skills, including SAP..Bachelor's degree an advantage but not critical About the Company BAC Middle East - the longest established professional recruitment consultancy in the UAE.
