Job Description
- The ability to speak fluent French & Arabic.
- Pervious experience in the same role minimum 1-3 yrs .
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Answering guests any initial questions.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
