  • The ability to speak fluent French & Arabic.
  • Pervious experience in the same role minimum 1-3 yrs .
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
  • Answering guests any initial questions.
  • Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
