Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shoppers and tenants of Place Vend\xc3\xb4me. The role entails engaging with customers in a positive, friendly and professional manner, and resolving customer issues and complaints. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and tenants in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding mall facilities, store locations, and product information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues
- Monitor mall areas to identify potential safety hazards, and report any issues to management.
- Assist with lost and found items and maintain records of lost and found items.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to assess customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other mall staff and tenants to maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Graduate or equivalent education.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Arabic speakers are preferred
