Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Service Representative in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • The jobholder will as in settling products well as service issues raised by clients
  • Welcome customers and handle all issues concerning services as well as products in a proper manner
  • Respond to all incoming calls from the clients and provide necessary assistance over the phone
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should preferably hold a Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • Should be able to handle all kinds of clients and stay calm under pressure
  • Good communication and customer service skills required
  • Filipino candidates aged between 22 and 28 years can apply
  • Ladies on visit visa are preferred
