Manage order updates and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (UAE based).
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
