Customer Service Pest Control/facilities Management

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Conduct site inspections to assess pest problems and recommend treatment solutions. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients at all times. Educate clients on pest prevention methods and safety measures post-treatment. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of treatments and chemicals used. Follow up with clients as required to ensure satisfaction and repeat service where needed. Ensure adherence to all UAE municipality regulations and company safety policies. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, equipment, and company vehicle. Report incidents, customer feedback, or operational issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or pest control certifications preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of pest control experience in the UAE. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Knowledge of UAE municipality regulations (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, etc.) related to pest control. DM/ADM Pest Control Technician card/license is a plus or required depending on location.
