Job Description

We are hiring a female Customer Service Officer - Legal Advisor to provide legal advice to clients and process their legal transactions through all electronic systems of courts and government entities across the UAE, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive client inquiries and respond regarding legal cases and transactions. Provide preliminary legal advice and clarify judicial and administrative procedures to clients. Handle registration, filing, and follow-up of applications and lawsuits through the electronic court systems across all Emirates of the UAE. Possess full knowledge of and efficiently utilize all government and judicial electronic systems in the UAE. Draft and prepare contracts, statements of claims, and legal memoranda, and submit them through the relevant electronic platforms. Review client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements before submission. Monitor the status of applications and cases through electronic platforms and update clients on progress. Coordinate with specialized legal departments regarding complex or specialized cases. Record and maintain all legal applications and transactions within internal systems and records. Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations across all Emirates. Perform any other related tasks assigned by senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent. Practical experience in using electronic court systems and government platforms in the UAE. Comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws, judicial procedures, and regulations. Strong ability to draft contracts, statements of claims, and legal memoranda professionally. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify legal concepts for clients. Proficiency in using electronic platforms and modern technologies.
