Key Responsibilities



Appointment slotting for prospective customers. Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise / information Documentation - scrutiny / checking and submission Data Quality of application information submission Biometrics - finger print scanning Segregation of application as per service Collection, handover & deposit of Cash for the day. Delivery of application to mission on the same day. Selling Value Added services

Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent typing skills - minimum 40WPM with zero errors Experience of handling customers at least for 6months- 1 year Flexibility in working hours. Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
