Job Description

URGENT HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERJob Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Operations, or related field. With experience in customer service experience, sales coordination, and export order management Working Knowledge of SAP, BI and AO Strong knowledge of advance Excel and MS Office applications Working Knowledge in logistics process and stock inventory Preferably with familiarity in customs clearance, including Bill of Entry & Bill of Exit High attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Analytical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for process excellence
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.Professional Experience

Proven experience in customer service operations, sales coordination, and export order management, preferably in a manufacturing, trading, or logistics-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, and production) and external stakeholders (customers, freight forwarders, and customs agents).



Technical & Systems Knowledge

Working knowledge of SAP, including order processing, billing, and reporting functions.

Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Analysis Office (AO) for data extraction, reporting, and performance tracking.

Strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) and other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Logistics & Inventory Management.

Solid understanding of logistics processes, including order fulfillment, shipment coordination, delivery tracking, and documentation.

Working knowledge of stock inventory management, inventory reconciliation, and coordination with warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy and availability.Export & Customs Compliance.

Preferably experienced in export and import documentation and customs clearance procedures.

Familiarity with Bill of Entry, Bill of Exit, and other statutory shipping and trade compliance documents.

Understanding of trade regulations, Incoterms, and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders is an advantage.Skills & Competencies

High level of attention to detail with strong accuracy in data handling, documentation, and reporting.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented approach to operational challenges.
