Customer Care Officer responsiblities:
Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (Walk in, phone, email) in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth transactions and adherence to company policies.
Record and document customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, using the company's CRM or other support tools.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolving issues and to check on ongoing concerns.
Identify recurring problems or service gaps and escalate to the appropriate department for resolution.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even when handling difficult or upset customers.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.
