Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Customer Interaction:



Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Ensure a positive customer experience by adhering to established procedures and maintaining a professional manner.

Service Quality:



Maintain high standards of service quality and consistency during all customer interactions.

Accurately document details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.

Problem Solving:



Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior staff or appropriate departments.

Offer effective solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:



Record and report call metrics, service quality, and issue resolution data as required.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the Call Center system.

Continuous Improvement:



Engage in training and development programs to stay updated with product knowledge and customer service skills.

Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Adherence to Policies:



Follow company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.

Maintain professionalism and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.

High level of patience, empathy, and resilience in handling customer concerns.

Follows the environmental, safety rules, and regulations of the Company.

Any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
