At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service, preferably in the
Real Estate

Hospitality
sectors
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
