Job Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for mall visitors-providing guidance, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints to uphold Majid Al Futtaim's service excellence standards. Your ability to deliver accurate information and a warm, professional experience is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate the mall's Customer Service Information Desk and assist guests with directions, information, and general inquiries
• Stay updated on mall amenities, store locations, services, and promotional events
• Respond to customer queries by phone and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with service policies and procedures
• Support the execution and management of the mall's Gift Card program, ensuring accurate transaction processing
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect the highest standard of courtesy and attentiveness
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer service issues when necessary
• Maintain clear, accurate logs and reports for inquiries, feedback, and daily operations

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in shopping malls or luxury hospitality in the GCC
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Proficient in handling POS systems and basic reporting tools
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
