Job Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for mall guests, responsible for ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times. Your role includes managing the information desk, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and supporting promotional initiatives and mall events. This is a guest-facing role ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the customer service desk efficiently, providing directions and information about mall facilities, services, and events
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the mall layout, tenant mix, amenities, and promotions
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, following defined service protocols
  • Ensure accurate execution of Gift Card and other payment-related programs in line with company policies
  • Support internal teams in executing customer experience initiatives and special events
  • Maintain clear records of daily desk activity, customer feedback, and operational issues
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Contribute to an engaging and welcoming environment that enhances the mall's premium image
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within a reputed shopping centre or luxury hospitality environment, preferably in the GCC
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric attitude with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain a calm, service-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Well-groomed appearance and positive personality suited for a front-facing role
