Maintain company records, files, and financial documents.
Perform data entry and update accounting systems and databases.
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and petty cash reports.
Handle account reconciliations and assist in preparing financial summaries.
Coordinate client documentation and compliance submissions.
Follow up with clients for required information and payments.
Support PRO tasks and external documentation when required.
Complete and process basic bank and business forms.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and Free Zone authorities.
Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and update company records.
Post updates on company social media platforms.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in back office and accounting roles.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software is a advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Good communication and coordination skills.
