Customer Service Assistant Manager
to help us elevate our booking operations, drive sales, and lead our customer service team to excellence.
Role Overview:
As the Customer Service Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing our chat and booking operations, ensuring fast response times, high booking conversion, and flawless client satisfaction. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily performance, coach the CS team, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects Nooora's luxury service standards.
What You'll Do:
Precisely manage and optimize appointment schedules, confirming bookings.
Handling cancellations and making adjustments to ensure efficient use of salon resources
Respond to client inquiries and requests received via email, messaging apps, and online platforms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service histories, and preferences in our salon management software.5. Assist the team with inventory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a back-office or customer support role, preferably within a saloon service-oriented industry.
Experience in assisting customer enquiries, booking & customer complaints over chat, phone calls.
Proficiency in using salon management software, ERP systems, or similar scheduling and data management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and a rotational week off.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
