Handling patient calls, scheduling, and service coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, families, nurses, and doctors
Schedule and coordinate home care services, doctor-on-call, and nursing visits
Register new patients and maintain accurate records in the system
Follow up with clients regarding service confirmation, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate with operations and nursing teams for shift allocation
Ensure timely communication of service updates and changes
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
Prepare daily call logs and service reports
Do billing in EMR system and coordinate with the accounts team
Manage Petty cash
Morning & Night Shifts will be part of the job
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English required)
Basic computer knowledge
Previous experience in home healthcare or customer service is an added advantage
Ability to work flexible shifts
Ready to join Immdiately
Willingness to work
morning and night shifts
, including weekends if required
Knowledge of UAE healthcare operations is an advantage
Professional attitude with a patient-focused approach
