Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior professional to support our inside sales and customer service operations within the Instrumentation & Control division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms Prepare and follow up on quotations and technical proposals in coordination with the sales team Assist in processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate order entry Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project statuses Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and basic technical clarifications Communicate professionally with clients regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate as needed Help in maintaining customer databases and CRM systems

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field 3-4 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer service role Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control systems is a plus Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

Experience in handling technical quotations or product documentation Familiarity with industrial or process automation equipment

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
