Customer Service Hot Air Balloon Coordinator
Job Description
Please note this is a seasonal job ( September to May every season). Working hours 4 am - 10 am and 3 pm to 6 pm ( or as per operational requirement). Right now we are seeking a immediate joiner to work until May 2026.( Detailed job responsibility will be discussed during the interview). Manage the Guest & Transportation timing related to the take off point and time on daily basis and prepare reports as needed during camp task. Assist with event and program preparation. Follow the passengers indemnity forms. Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English. Process bookings in case of flight cancellation due to bad weather or other reasons Coordinate tour departures each hour. Demonstrate outstanding teamwork, communication and collaboration with all employees. Follow-up on concierge issues/tour concerns. Knowledge of the relevant geography such as arrange ,editing and follow-up the video task for passengers. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month Application Deadline: 22/02/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/08/2025
