Job Description
- To greet smile and welcome visitors with the hospitable attitude.
- To provide an efficient and friendly service according to the directives
- To handle visitor requests ensuring that all matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly taking preference over administrative tasks.
- Direct all telephone calls to the correct source
- To maintain proper telephonic logs as per the directives.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and clinic pricing, to provide information to patients, or request, while maximizing clinic opportunities
- Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for patients and the emergencies services
- Input registration details into the system accurately and prepare the registration card and treatment record promptly
- Identify cash/credit clients correctly and billing them as per the arrangement
- Ensure all desks are locked at the end of the day, and all devices are properly switch off
- To be fully aware of Health center, services and facilities.
- To deal efficiently with all tasks delegated by the Management.
- To be aware of specific daily functions as detailed in the forecasts, in order to deal efficiently with enquiries.
- To ensure that telephones are answered quickly and efficiently following company directives.
- To carry out a smooth and efficient check-out to encourage return guests
- To be able to complete all daily tasks laid out in the Reception Check-lists
- To keep the management informed of any suggestions or complaints reported.
- To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relationships
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
