The Role
Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Always maintain a positive and professional attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are implemented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for customer service, strong sense of responsibility & teamwork. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be open to receiving feedback and advice. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with customer service IT systems, familiar with customer service process and telephone system.
