Customer Service Executive (female English & Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

A Customer Relationship Executive will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients. Responsibilities & Duties

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Market and promote commercial and residential properties to existing clients and potential investors.
  • Advise potential clients/investors on the options of Real Estate Investment opportunities in Dubai
  • Handle day to day Client concerns, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest project opening, and Escrow opening in order to increase sales.
  • Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support. - Other duties and projects as assigned
Academic & Trades Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and organizational skills with strong capacity in multitasking. Demonstrated computer skills, particularly in data management. Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration- or related field. Working Experience & Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as Customer Relationship Executive - Interacting with Clients - Tenants, Prospective Buyers, Real Estate Agents will be preferred.
  • Experience in handling residential and commercial clients
  • Superior CRM knowledge.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be Fluent in Arabic and English
