- Responsible to build strong working relationships with E-commerce Team and Online Clients; support them with the necessary information of our products, and services (stocks/ deliveries).
- Customer Care - respond to all inbound messages via Email, WhatsApp, call and give customers solutions and the best customer service.
- Checking the orders to ensure the pickers are correctly packed.
- Keeping track of incorrect packing and who is responsible for the order packing team.
- Assisting and eventually managing the items can be put on weekly sale.
- Have logistics experience in ensuring that the products are delivered.
- Any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years\' experience (minimum 3 years in UAE) in Customer Service and relevant experience in Customer Interaction within the food service network. Meat experience is highly desirable.
- Shopify knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Certification in e-commerce is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Understands the nature of e-commerce online demands and requirements thoroughly.
