The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for clients and tenants, ensuring a high level of service and support across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner
Assist clients with property-related questions, requests, and complaints
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Support leasing, sales, and property management teams as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's service standards
Requirements
Emirati (UAE National) - mandatory
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, MS Office preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or real estate is an advantage, but not required
