Adecco is hiring Customer service for leading client in UAE

Job Location : Dubai
Job type: 12 months

Roles and responsibilities :

To identify and prepare potential job applicants who will be appropriate candidates.
To meet the Employer\'s legal and financial requirements. According to the agreed contract
To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk.
To be responsible in delivery bespoken process and procedure of the overall customer service process.
To issue wheelchairs when required.
Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey.
To make sure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.
Due to nature of job Arabic speaking or Russian speaking is preferred .
