Job Description

  • Client Relation - Responsible for Client Satisfaction and maintaining excellent client relation with all concerned focal points and client representatives and Project Management.
  • Plan and organize business plans and marketing materials to market our business activities to generate sales revenue as an independent profit center operation for the company within the given guidelines, time frame and agreed budget.
  • Conduct extensive market research and competitor mapping activities, leading to future strategies, identification of opportunities and programs that could be introduced.
  • Contribute extensively towards devising the complete Annual Marketing and Business Plan and achieving objectives set for sales volume, market share and such criteria.
  • Introduce and promote M/s IFS in International Institutions, contractors and multinational companies to secure new business for Catering and Events services to Corporates, Institutes and Schools and Universities.
  • Responsible for generating additional revenues by securing new revenue streams such as additional catering events and providing catering services for the Project related entities and special events.
  • Independently respond to all communications on day-to-day basis and carryout internal and external written communication with Operations and Clients as necessary.
  • Responsible and accountable for creating market for outdoor catering events, parties, etc.
  • Organize and manage regular promotions and market development for our retail brands to increase the revenue, launch and organize social media for IFS i.e Facebook, Instagram and other web pages.
  • Prepare proposals for new project and events and timely submission of proposal in response to tenders as well as client enquiries.
  • Create and maintain Service Agreements for new businesses within 15 days from the date of LOI in coordination with the relevant Project Manager and Operations Managers.
  • Prepare Monthly reports in timely manner with recommendations to improve Customer satisfaction and revenues.
  • Oversee projects and visit each operational unit, meet client, representatives and review the catering operational issues and clients queries, complaints on site and report to Project Manager on day to day activities at the site.
  • Develop good business relations with existing clientele to improve and secure additional business, referral business.
  • To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
  • All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
  • Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives (as applicable to the department) to be followed and updated.
  • Carry-out all other duties and responsibilities assigned by your Management related the assigned contract/business operations in accordance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
