Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage customer communications through whatsapp and direct calls, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also handle data entry, prepare sales reports, coordinate with the factory and other departments, also support the overall sales process.

Qualifications



Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Effective Communication skills Administrative Assistance experience Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite ia a must and Odoo software is a plus Experience in the nonwoven bags industry is preferable in sales coordinator or sales team Bachelor's degree or equivalent Arabic speaker is preferable English is a must factory location in Al Hamrah Ras Al Khaimah
