We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in facilitating effective communication between customers and the company to resolve issues and enhance overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: . Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. . Oversee customer service policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness. . Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide exceptional support and service. . Develop and maintain documentation related to customer service processes and standards. . Report on customer service performance and provide recommendations for improvements. . Assist in the resolution of escalated issues and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes. . Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications: . Proven experience in customer service or coordination roles, ideally within Logistics. . Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. . Proficient in customer service software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). . Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. .
