Majid Al Futtaim Properties is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk at one of its leading shopping malls in Dubai. The role is key to ensuring an exceptional visitor experience by providing accurate information, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service at the mall's Information Desk, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of mall amenities, store locations, promotions, and upcoming events.
  • Assist visitors by providing clear directions and responding to inquiries in person or via phone.
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints courteously, following established service procedures and SLAs.
  • Support the execution of the Gift Card program and ensure accurate cash handling in compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with the mall's operations and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Majid Al Futtaim's service excellence and brand standards.
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience within a reputed shopping mall or luxury hotel environment in the GCC.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in a fast-paced setting.
