Customer Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Be the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients, exploring upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Support & Coordination
Process orders and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Liaise with logistics and internal teams to streamline operations.
Administrative Support
Maintain detailed and organized records of client communications and sales data.
Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and promotional campaign management.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Compile and analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or a similar administrative support role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Based in UAE with a valid own visa (sponsorship not provided at this stage).
