Job Description

Main Purpose: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to their inquiries / requirements and job order execution. Interact with various shipping lines for vessel schedule, freight rates, container releases and documentation from BL draft till BL confirmation, payment confirmation and document collection. Issuance of booking confirmation to shipping line and transport vendor. Issuing holding confirmations and releases (conditional and final) to customer. Prepare customs related document to process customs bill and customs submission. Liaising with CS team, warehouse operation team for cargo movement (Export, Import and local deliveries). Liaison with finance department for payment request for vendors. Maintenance of shipment records.

Stock-control / inventory management Processing system's stock inbound, outbound and stock reconciliation. Resolve stock discrepancies (system vs physical) and preparation of reports. Prepare and send month-end stock reports.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Bachelors Degree in Logistics or equivalent 1- 3 years experience
