Charterhouse is working with one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most recognisable luxury manufacturers of Appliances as well as Household goods and accessories to assist in the recruitment of a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will be responsible for handling all customer queries and requests for the full range of products and services offered, ensuring you provide quality customer service at all times.
About the role This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised customer service professional with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. This role will involve dealing with various queries on the telephone, attending to walk-in clients who may need assistance with spare parts or repairs, liaising with the internal team across various departments, posting invoices and updating daily reports.
This is a fast-paced role and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with the ability to manage customer expectations. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a great telephone manner.
About you To be considered for this role, you should have 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within customer service and a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree. A background in dealing with customer enquiries over the phone as well as face to face is preferred. Experience in first contact resolution would be highly desirable, alongside excellent relationship building skills and the ability to problem solve effectively.
This role does operate on a 6-day work week and requires someone with strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word.
