MUST BE A FEMALE AUTOMOTIVE GARAGE EXPERIENCE CANDIDATE.

Advises customers on necessary maintenance services and identifies mechanical problems through questioning or inspection.
Consults with customers on inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepares work orders for repairs.
Prepares repair orders with time, cost, and labor estimates, including a brief description of the concern for technicians.
Explains repair work and charges to customers, schedules appointments, and handles complaints.
Obtains customer and vehicle data, test drives vehicles as needed, and refers to service history for additional services.
Provides accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, establishes promised time and obtains customer signatures on repair orders.
Notifies dispatchers of incoming work, checks repair progress, and contacts customers for authorization on additional repairs.
Implements service marketing programs and reviews repair orders to ensure completion and authorization.
Parks vehicles in assigned areas, maintains service forms and pricing guides, and implements quality control processes.
Maintains high customer satisfaction and handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in progress.
Inspects vehicles for body work and informs customers if needed

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or its equivalent, qualification certificate, and other automotive training & sales certificates
Proven work experience in the automotive industry (UAE).
Advanced knowledge of modern vehicle variants and models.
Complex problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
