Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and timely sales and service support
  • Act as the primary point of interaction for walk-in and existing customers
  • Process account opening, product onboarding, service requests, and after-sales transactions
  • Achieve personal and branch service KPIs including Net Promoter Score, service request turnaround, complaint resolution timelines, and mystery shopping standards
  • Promote and cross-sell FAB asset and liability products to new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
  • Generate product leads through walk-in traffic, referrals, and proactive customer engagement
  • Support achievement of branch and individual sales targets
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating when required
  • Educate customers on FAB digital channels and self-service options
  • Prepare, review, and process account opening forms, loan applications, and credit card documentation
  • Ensure onboarding and transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with FAB policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain proactive communication to build customer loyalty and long-term relationships
  • Clearly explain product features, terms, and conditions prior to customer onboarding
  • Encourage eligible customers to upgrade to higher-tier products and services
  • Ensure strict adherence to operational controls, risk policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Follow information security standards including secure document handling and clear desk policy
  • Participate in mandatory compliance, operational, and service quality training
  • Treat compliance as a mandatory requirement at all times
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher education in business, finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in customer service or sales roles
  • Good knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
