Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant customer service support across all branch interactions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Process account opening, product onboarding, service requests, and after-sales transactions in line with FAB policies
  • Achieve personal and branch service KPIs including Net Promoter Score, complaint resolution timelines, service request turnaround times, and mystery shopping standards
  • Promote and cross-sell FAB asset and liability products to new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
  • Generate product leads from walk-in customers, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Support achievement of branch and individual sales targets
  • Educate customers on FAB digital channels and self-service options
  • Prepare and review account opening forms, loan applications, credit card applications, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships
  • Provide clear product information, explain terms and conditions, and ensure customer understanding before onboarding
  • Encourage customers to upgrade to higher-tier products and services where appropriate
  • Ensure strict adherence to operational controls, risk policies, and regulatory guidelines
  • Comply with information security standards including secure document handling and clear desk requirements
  • Participate in mandatory compliance, operational, and service quality training programs
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher education in business, finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in customer service or sales roles
  • Good knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and transaction processing
