Role Overview:
We are looking for a fluent
Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representative
with solid experience in the UAE market. In this role, you will be the key liaison for our Arabic-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally (English Language is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for Arabic-speaking customers through various channels (phone, email, social media).
Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective resolutions.
Handle order processing, account updates, and other administrative tasks with high accuracy.
Document all customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue closure.
Develop expertise in company products/services to offer reliable support and advice.
Work with team members to share insights and improve customer service strategies.
Uphold company values and ensure a positive brand image in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Must be a fluent Arabic speaker

Professional working proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Minimum of
2 years of customer service experience, specifically within the UAE
.
In-depth knowledge of local (UAE) customer service practices and cultural nuances.
Outstanding communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
