Role Overview:
We are seeking a fluent Hindi-speaking Customer Service Representative with proven experience in the UAE market. You will be crucial in supporting our Hindi-speaking clientele, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support, and building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for Hindi-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and effective solutions.
Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately using our CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to offer accurate information and support.
Collaborate with other team members to handle complex issues and improve overall service quality.
Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and meet team performance targets.
Requirements:
Must be a fluent Hindi speaker

Professional working proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Minimum of
2 years of customer service experience, specifically within the UAE
.
Strong understanding of UAE customer service standards and cultural expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
