Job Description

Looking customer service agent (Female Only) with 2 years UAE experience and can speak Arabic Fluently. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• Making calls to customers for their outstanding balances.
• Make shorts videos and go live session on Facebook for marketing.
• Publishing videos on all platforms.
• Ensure that all clients are registered in company CRM.
• Reporting to HOD on daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
