We are seeking a Russian-speaking female Customer Service Agent with 2+ years of UAE experience to support our automotive auction operations.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide product/service information & assist with orders/payments Resolve complaints and follow up for customer satisfaction Build customer relationships and support repeat business Escalate issues when needed and track resolution
Requirements:
2+ years in Customer Service/Sales/Auction industry (UAE) Diploma/Bachelor's preferred Fluent in
Russian
(required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office & CRM proficiencyWhat We Offer:
