German and Italian-speaking Call Center Agents
to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer service experience. You must be fluent in either

Handle customer calls in German or Italian with accuracy and professionalism

Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions

Requirements:
Fluency in

(native or advanced level)
Good command of English
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
