Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

German and Italian-speaking Call Center Agents

to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer service experience. You must be fluent in either

German

or

Italian

, with strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls in German or Italian with accuracy and professionalism Provide clear and helpful responses to inquiries Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions Maintain customer records and follow internal procedures Meet performance targets and service quality standards

Requirements:



Fluency in

German

or

Italian

(native or advanced level) Good command of English Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work shifting schedules Female or Male
