Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally and efficiently. Please provide accurate information about our inspection services and packages. Assist customers with booking appointments and answering pre- and post-service questions. Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up. Address customer concerns and complaints in a calm and solution-focused manner. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly with internal teams to relay customer needs and service issues.
