We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with prior experience in meal plan companies to join our team
Location: Dubai - Dubai Investment Park (DIP )
Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,500 + commissions
Industry: Health & Wellness / Food & Beverage (Meal Plan Services)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls & WhatsApp Upsell and cross-sell meal plans to increase sales revenue
Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for smooth order management
Maintain accurate client records and databases
Ensure excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
Must have prior experience in a meal plan company (mandatory)
Strong communication & sales skills
Customer-focused with ability to multitask
Based in Dubai, ready to work in DIP location
What we offer:
Fixed salary of AED 3,000 - 3,500
Attractive commission structure

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
