Customer Service Agent
to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily travel operations.s:
Giving clients travel destination advise Assisting customers in creating reasonable travel budgets and trying to create packages that fit those budgets Finding the greatest offers on travel, dining, lodging, and activities by researching fares and rates Teaching customers about security and safety while they travel Identifying the required vaccinations and travel documents Confirming travel arrangements with customers and making any modifications Helping to resolve unforeseen obstacles, including canceled flights or trouble making hotel reservations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
outbound tarvel: 2 years (Preferred)
