Customer Service Agent
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing customer accounts in the fitout and interior construction sector.
Prepare and present technical sales proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements.
Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and project feasibility.
Conduct site visits and surveys to understand project specifications and constraints.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and close sales deals effectively.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.
Provide technical support and product knowledge training to customers as needed.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the fitout, interiors, or construction industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong technical knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and installation processes.
Valid UAE driving license
